This time it's in North Carolina but it really could be anywhere. These Home Owner Associations seem to thrive on petty grievances that do nothing but create animosity and grief.
With a tanking economy, record unemployment, water restrictions, and extreme weather, is it really worth it to harass home owners about their lawn?
I could understand if there was an old car on blocks, lawn jockeys, or those ridiculous wooden cut-outs of a bent over lady with her bloomers hanging out, but it's a shaggy lawn!
In this particular case, the home owner mysteriously had a price list of lawn services stuck in her lawn right after she received her HOA warning letter! Unbelievable!
