In today's tepid economy and amidst the worst housing crisis since the 1930's, selling a house can be more difficult than ever. Upgrades and renovations may attract more interest but they can be extremely costly and take time. The cheapest and quickest way to attract interested buyers to your home is to give it curb appeal.
If your lawn is weak, fertilize it, water it, and keep it clean and mowed once a week. This initiative alone will dramatically improve the overall appearance and at the very least attract more interest if not that perfect buyer.
