I started thinking about 2012 a while ago as I was "putting the lawn to bed" for the season. I tend to worry needlessly about almost everything. Probably more-so because it's not just my lawn, it's my livelihood.
What will my weed pressure be like next year? Does my soil have what it needs to provide strong and healthy turf? Will my irrigation system operate without any catastrophic failures? Will I have enough water? Can this organic philosophy work in real life?
Only time will tell but if 2011 was any indication, 2012 will be another great year filled with successes and a few curve-balls to keep it interesting.
